My name is Jacob and I work for a cell phone company as a part-time salesperson. At 28 years old I've put together a family with my wife Chrissy and my son Riley. I dream of being a writer or, when I'm being really fanciful, a professional poker player. In the meantime, I continue to look for a full-time job that will pay the bills.
Socially, I think I've been demoted from friend to acquaintance by everyone I've hung out with in the past due to the fact that I've made no effort to stay in touch other than the occasional livejournal comment. I have also not made any attempt to make new friends. It's weird to think how easily I've gone from having a social life to practically being a hermit.
That's it for now. I'll try to update more in the future. Strangers are always welcome in my journal, so don't be afraid to leave a comment. Even if I don't respond, I always appreciate feedback.
